TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH - Roughly $330,000 worth of marijuana was burned by Trumbull County police officers Thursday as part of an eradication operation.

The amount burned was found in just three days of TAG's 2017 eradication, in which a team of law enforcement agencies searches by air and land for marijuana plants growing in both Trumbull and Ashtabula counties.

Agents say they know they'll get a mixed reaction from the public about the eradication but considering the fact that marijuana is still illegal in Ohio, these types of investigations are important.
