MANSFIELD, OH - Main Street Books is excited to announce an upcoming book talk and signing with author and OSU English professor, Nick White. Main Street Books will host a reading and discussion on Friday, July 7 at 6pm.

Nick White is an Assistant Professor of English at Ohio State University. A native of Mississippi, he earned a Ph.D. in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His short stories have been published in a variety of places, including The Kenyon Review, Guernica, Indiana Review, Day One, The Hopkins Review, and elsewhere. His new novel, HOW TO SURVIVE A SUMMER, comes out June 6.

HOW TO SURVIVE A SUMMER vividly renders a summer camp designed to “cure” LGBTQ boys of their budding sexuality, exploring the lingering tragedy, trauma, and ultimately, redemption, of a pivotal summer.
